Attached are the bylaws and house rules for Winslow Gardens.
Bylaws are the legal requirements that specify policies, procedures and behaviours for apartment owners and occupiers/tenants living at Winslow Gardens. The bylaws comply with the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 (NSW).
House Rules are a less formal document designed to guide residents about a wider range of issues than are covered by bylaws - eg, use of the swimming pool, washing of cars etc. The aim is to assist residents know and understand "how we do things around here".
We encourage all residents to become familiar with the bylaws and house rules so as to understand not only what is required of them, but what they can reasonably require of other residents at Winslow Gardens.
