For tradesmen working at Winslow Gardens on renovations, maintenance or repairs, please observe the following:
Hours of Work: Strictly 7.00am - 5.00pm Mon-Fri and 8.00am - 12noon Saturday, unless specific permission has been given for extended hours.
Vehicle Parking. Parking for trades vehicles is available along the northern boundary (adjacent to Swifts). Residents are required to vacate these spaces between the hours of 7am - 5pm, so parking should be available. If there are no spare spaces, trades vehicles will need to be parked on Darling Point Rd.
Lifts. There is no specific trades lift. When moving materials in/out of the building, please speak to our building manager, who will arrange for protective covers to be fitted to the lift walls. In addition, a floor protective mat must be used in the lift and along passageway carpets where necessary.
Bylaws relating to renovations can be found in the Bylaws section of this website. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that bylaws are complied with - if in doubt, please ask our building manager.
For major renovations, a specific bylaw will be required and work cannot commence until the bylaw is passed by the Owners Corporation. Minor renovations can be approved by the Strata Committee upon receipt of the details of work and subject to other requirements (eg payment of a bond), being met.
